About Mary Pankiewicz: A Leader in Efficiency, Organization and Effectiveness

As a pioneer in the field of organization, chronic disorganization, business performance, time management and motivation, Mary has many techniques she shares with clients on efficiency, maximizing productivity and improving organization. She has served on the Board of the National Association of Professional Organizers, and presented for a number of years a regular segment on organizing on WBIR-TV.  In addition, she teaches organization and productivity classes at the University of Tennessee and has numerous certifications related to organizational challenges.

A Note from Mary

Thanks for visiting the Exceptional Productivity Now! website.    Clients frequently ask me how I got into this business, and what credentials I have for helping them improve their productivity.  Organizing is a relatively new field of professional study, and I've been here almost since the beginning. 

• 2004   Certified by the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD) as a Certified Professional Organizer—Chronic Disorganization. 
• 2006   Served for two-year term on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).  My position was Director of Education for the Association and national conference.  It was a privilege to be in a leadership position as NAPO continues to expand.
• 2007   Earned an additional title of Certified Professional Organizer by the BCPO Board of Certification of Professional Organizers.  This was the inaugural exam.
• 2008   Earned ADD Specialist certificate awarded by the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization. 
• 2000 - to present   Member of the National Speakers Association.
• 2010   Completed training in implementing LEAN Office.

I enjoy my work.  Helping people get organized and use their time more effectively is very satisfying to me, because I feel I am contributing to other people’s quality of life and improving their efficiency and business performance.  My business philosophy is Simple is Smart.  What is the simplest way we can organize things?  If we can clutter-free your mind and clutter-free your space, then you will enjoy greater success with less stress!

My clients range from large businesses to entrepreneurs. When I work with clients, I’m there to help them accomplish their goals.  It is important that I listen to each client to assess what systems will work best for them individually.  Having worked with hundreds of clients and businesses over the past 15 years, I bring to my clients the expertise I have gained.

Mary's office Many have asked what my office is like, so I am including a picture. It is located about 50 feet from my house. I call it the "Biltmore Birdhouse", because while it was being built, some house wrens moved in, and I could just see them thinking they had found themselves a house the size of The Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. Anyone is welcome to stop by and give me some gardening advice; I always could use it.
